高層建筑生活自(zi)動給水設(she)備設(she)計(ji)的關鍵點
對(dui)于高層(ceng)建筑(zhu),城市(shi)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)網的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓一(yi)般不(bu)能滿(man)足高區(qu)部分(fen)生活(huo)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的要求,絕大多數采用(yong)分(fen)區(qu)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方式,即低區(qu)部分(fen)直(zhi)按由(you)城市(shi)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)網供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),高區(qu)部分(fen)由(you)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)加壓供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。選擇給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方式是(shi)高層(ceng)建筑(zhu)生活(huo)自動(dong)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)備(bei)設(she)計(ji)的關(guan)鍵,它直(zhi)接關(guan)系(xi)到生活(huo)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)統的使(shi)用(yong)和(he)工程造(zao)價(jia)。
就目前我國(guo)城市(shi)給(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)狀(zhuang)況而言,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)一般可滿足建(jian)筑(zhu)五~六層(ceng)的生活用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)要求,高區部分(fen)的供水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)應(ying)根據(ju)具體情況確(que)(que)定。《建(jian)筑(zhu)給(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)排(pai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設計規(gui)范(fan)》(GBJ15-88)(以下簡(jian)稱(cheng)《規(gui)范(fan)》) 2.3.4條(tiao)規(gui)定:“高層(ceng)建(jian)筑(zhu)生活自動(dong)給(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設備(bei)的豎向分(fen)區,應(ying)根據(ju)使用(yong)要求、材(cai)料設備(bei)性能、維修管理(li)、建(jian)筑(zhu)物層(ceng)數等條(tiao)件,結合利用(yong)室外給(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管網的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)合理(li)確(que)(que)定。分(fen)區較 低衛(wei)生器具配水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)點處的靜水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya),住(zhu)宅、旅館、醫院宜(yi)為(wei)300~350KPa;辦公樓宜(yi)為(wei)350~450KPa。”因(yin)此,根據(ju)《規(gui)范(fan)》規(gui)定的分(fen)區給(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)靜水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya),兼顧消防(fang)給(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統的給(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方式,高(gao)層(ceng)建筑生活自(zi)動給水設(she)備高區(qu)部分應進(jin)行合理(li)的豎向分區(qu)。
高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)區部(bu)分可以采(cai)用的(de)分區給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)有(you):高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)位(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方(fang)式(shi)(shi);變頻(pin)調(diao)速(su)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)或氣(qi)(qi)壓罐給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)。《高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)民用建筑設計防(fang)(fang)(fang)火規范》(GB50045-95) 7.4.7條規定:“采(cai)用高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi),可不設高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)位(wei)(wei)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)(fang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)。當采(cai)用臨時(shi)(shi)(shi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi),應設高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)位(wei)(wei)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)(fang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)……。”我國目(mu)前消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)(fang)給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)臨時(shi)(shi)(shi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓制居多(duo)(duo)(duo),一般高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)建筑都設有(you)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)位(wei)(wei)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)(fang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)。在(zai)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)位(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)有(you)效容積增(zeng)(zeng)加不多(duo)(duo)(duo)的(de)情況下,生(sheng)活貯(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)與消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)(fang)貯(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)貯(zhu)存(cun)于一個(ge)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)中(zhong),這(zhe)既(ji)經(jing)濟又便于管理。高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)位(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)具有(you)穩壓作用,使冷熱水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統(tong)(tong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓保持(chi)平衡(heng),方(fang)便洗(xi)浴。變頻(pin)調(diao)速(su)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵不能(neng)滿足(zu)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)(fang)貯(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量,存(cun)在(zai)小流(liu)量和零流(liu)量供水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)問(wen)題(ti),同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)變頻(pin)控制股價(jia)格較高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao),在(zai)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)建筑中(zhong)采(cai)用較少(shao)。氣(qi)(qi)壓罐給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)的(de)主要缺點是氣(qi)(qi)壓罐調(diao)節容積小,同(tong)樣(yang)存(cun)在(zai)不能(neng)滿足(zu)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)(fang)貯(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)問(wen)題(ti),一般作為消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)(fang)給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)的(de)經(jing)常性(xing)增(zeng)(zeng)壓設備,對(dui)于高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)建筑生(sheng)活給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)一般用于少(shao)數(shu)樓層(ceng)(ceng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓不足(zu)時(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)增(zeng)(zeng)壓。由(you)于以上諸(zhu)多(duo)(duo)(duo)原因(yin),目(mu)前絕大多(duo)(duo)(duo)數(shu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)建筑采(cai)用高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)位(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)給(gei)(gei)(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),盡管高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)位(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)存(cun)在(zai)增(zeng)(zeng)加建筑荷載和防(fang)(fang)(fang)止生(sheng)活用水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受到二次(ci)污(wu)染的(de)問(wen)題(ti)。
高(gao)位(wei)水(shui)(shui)箱給(gei)水(shui)(shui)方(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)可(ke)(ke)根據《規范》要求采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)高(gao)位(wei)水(shui)(shui)箱減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)方(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)、高(gao)位(wei)水(shui)(shui)箱并聯(lian)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)方(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)或高(gao)位(wei)水(shui)(shui)箱串聯(lian)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)方(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi),或者根據具體情況采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)幾種給(gei)水(shui)(shui)方(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)的(de)(de)結合。其中高(gao)位(wei)水(shui)(shui)箱減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)方(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)利用(yong)(yong)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)水(shui)(shui)箱和減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)水(shui)(shui)箱占(zhan)用(yong)(yong)一些的(de)(de)建筑面(mian)(mian)積,并且增(zeng)(zeng)加了(le)防止生活用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)二次污染的(de)(de)困難,有噪音影(ying)響。減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)造(zao)價(jia)雖然(ran)較(jiao)高(gao),但(dan)占(zhan)地面(mian)(mian)積大(da)大(da)減(jian)(jian)小(xiao),不影(ying)響水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)而且無噪聲,國內減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)產(chan)品質(zhi)量提(ti)高(gao),性能可(ke)(ke)靠,故采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)的(de)(de)日漸(jian)增(zeng)(zeng)多。
高位(wei)水(shui)箱給水(shui)方式(shi)在實(shi)際應用中可以按以下情(qing)況(kuang)考慮
1、建筑高度(du)50m左(zuo)右的(de)高層建筑,高區(qu)部分(fen)可(ke)采(cai)用(yong)貯(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)池——水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵——屋頂水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)——減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式(shi)(shi)。如果低(di)(di)(di)區(qu)部分(fen)對供水(shui)(shui)(shui) 要(yao)求較(jiao)高,可(ke)以直接從屋頂水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)引下(xia)一根立(li)管(guan)(guan)至低(di)(di)(di)區(qu)管(guan)(guan)網,該立(li)管(guan)(guan)上設電(dian)(dian)動閥(fa)門(men)和減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa),平時電(dian)(dian)動閥(fa)門(men)關(guan)閉,在城市給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)網停止(zhi)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)時打開電(dian)(dian)動閥(fa)門(men)向低(di)(di)(di)區(qu)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)。如圖1所示。此方式(shi)(shi)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)穩定可(ke)靠,充分(fen)利用(yong)了城市管(guan)(guan)網的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya),節省能源。這(zhe)種(zhong)方式(shi)(shi)普遍采(cai)用(yong)。
2、建(jian)筑(zhu)高(gao)(gao)度50~80m左右的(de)高(gao)(gao)層(ceng)建(jian)筑(zhu),高(gao)(gao)區部(bu)分可(ke)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)貯(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)池(chi)——水(shui)(shui)(shui)屋頂水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)——減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)或(huo)高(gao)(gao)位水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)并(bing)聯給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)。并(bing)聯給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)各分區為(wei)獨立(li)的(de)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)統,供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)穩定可(ke)靠,水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵集中布置,便了管(guan)理(li)維(wei)護,運行動(dong)力費川省。但須設(she)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵——水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)兩套設(she)備,增加了水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵和水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)占用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積,造價增大(da),這在大(da)城市尤為(wei)顯(xian)著。減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)系(xi)統簡單,設(she)備費用(yong)(yong)(yong)少,占地(di)(di)面(mian)積小(xiao),管(guan)理(li)維(wei)護方便。但是其供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)穩定性(xing)比并(bing)聯給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)較(jiao)差,運行動(dong)力費用(yong)(yong)(yong)較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)。目前我國各地(di)(di)供(gong)電情(qing)況(kuang)逐(zhu)步改善(shan),電費比較(jiao)適(shi)中,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)高(gao)(gao)位水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)分區減壓(ya)(ya)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)具有(you)(you)較(jiao)大(da)優越性(xing)。這種情(qing)況(kuang)病區部(bu)分有(you)(you)兩個分區。此(ci)種方式(shi)(shi)(shi)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)較(jiao)多。如由重慶建(jian)筑(zhu)大(da)學設(she)計(ji)的(de)重慶醫(yi)(yi)科大(da)學附屬 一醫(yi)(yi)院外(wai)科大(da)樓,總(zong)建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積37756㎡,地(di)(di)下(xia)有(you)(you)兩層(ceng),地(di)(di)上有(you)(you)二十(shi)三層(ceng),建(jian)筑(zhu)高(gao)(gao)度89.1m。生活給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)統采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)分區給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式(shi)(shi)(shi),四(si)層(ceng)及四(si)層(ceng)以下(xia)由城市管(guan)網直接(jie)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui),五(wu)(wu)層(ceng)及五(wu)(wu)層(ceng)以上由貯(zhu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)池(chi)——水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵——屋頂水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)——減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)減壓(ya)(ya)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui),高(gao)(gao)區部(bu)分有(you)(you)兩個分區。
3、建筑高度批80~110m左右(you)的(de)高層建筑,高區部分(fen)推薦采(cai)用高位(wei)水(shui)箱(xiang)分(fen)區減(jian)壓(ya)給(gei)水(shui)方式,即(ji)貯(zhu)水(shui)池——水(shui)泵——屋頂水(shui)箱(xiang)——減(jian)壓(ya)閥給(gei)水(shui)方式,如圖4所示。也可以采(cai)用高位(wei)水(shui)箱(xiang)并聯給(gei)水(shui)方式。這種(zhong)情況高區部分(fen)有三個分(fen)區。
4、建筑(zhu)高度超過(guo)110m的高層建筑(zhu),較高分區(qu)水(shui)(shui)泵揚程將會很大,壓水(shui)(shui)管(guan)線(xian)很長,為(wei)避免這種情況應采用(yong)高位水(shui)(shui)箱串聯給水(shui)(shui)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(不設中間(jian)水(shui)(shui)箱時(shi)采用(yong)中間(jian)接力水(shui)(shui)泵方(fang)式(shi)(shi))。推(tui)薦采用(yong)高位水(shui)(shui)箱串聯給水(shui)(shui)與減壓給水(shui)(shui)相結(jie)合的方(fang)式(shi)(shi)。
高(gao)位水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)串聯(lian)(lian)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方(fang)式的(de)(de)特點(dian)(dian)是(shi)(shi)各(ge)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)區(qu)(qu)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)散設(she)置,各(ge)從下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)一(yi)(yi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)區(qu)(qu)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)抽水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)一(yi)(yi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)區(qu)(qu)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)除供本分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)區(qu)(qu)外同(tong)時(shi)是(shi)(shi)上一(yi)(yi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)區(qu)(qu)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源,適用(yong)較高(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)建筑。其(qi)優點(dian)(dian)是(shi)(shi)避免了(le)設(she)揚(yang)(yang)程高(gao)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)和(he)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)高(gao)的(de)(de)壓(ya)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan),壓(ya)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)也不會(hui)很長。其(qi)缺點(dian)(dian)是(shi)(shi)由于(yu)設(she)備(bei)(bei)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)散,管(guan)理維(wei)護不便;水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)設(she)于(yu)樓層(ceng)(ceng)對防(fang)震、隔(ge)音(yin)要求高(gao);上區(qu)(qu)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)受下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)區(qu)(qu)影(ying)響(xiang),穩定性較差。串聯(lian)(lian)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)與減壓(ya)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)結合,由于(yu)設(she)備(bei)(bei)(水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang))減少(shao),節(jie)省造價,并有利于(yu)管(guan)理維(wei)護,也減小(xiao)了(le)震動和(he)噪聲的(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang),因(yin)較高(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)建筑中采用(yong)較多(duo)。以上四(si)種情況也有例外。如重慶(qing)揚(yang)(yang)子江假日(ri)飯店,建筑高(gao)度(du)79.65m,地(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)一(yi)(yi)層(ceng)(ceng),地(di)(di)上二(er)十三層(ceng)(ceng),地(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)一(yi)(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)至二(er)層(ceng)(ceng)由水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)——屋頂水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)聯(lian)(lian)合供水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),二(er)十一(yi)(yi)至二(er)十三層(ceng)(ceng)由氣壓(ya)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)備(bei)(bei)增壓(ya)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。其(qi)低區(qu)(qu)較低配水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)點(dian)(dian)所受靜水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)達0.8MPa左右,這是(shi)(shi)由于(yu)該分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)區(qu)(qu)給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統材料和(he)設(she)備(bei)(bei)承壓(ya)能力好并采取了(le)相應(ying)防(fang)振(zhen)隔(ge)音(yin)措施。
