恒(heng)壓供(gong)水(shui)系統硬件設計基于神(shen)經模糊(hu)PID混合控制
隨著工業的(de)發展(zhan)和(he)科技(ji)的(de)進步,變(bian)頻調速(su)技(ji)術在供(gong)水(shui)(shui)領域(yu)得以(yi)運(yun)用,實現了水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)電(dian)機的(de)無級調速(su),能(neng)(neng)夠極(ji)大(da)地改善(shan)管(guan)網的(de)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)環境。與傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)系統(tong)相(xiang)比,變(bian)頻調速(su)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)系統(tong)提高了供(gong)水(shui)(shui)系統(tong)的(de)穩定性和(he)可靠性,節(jie)水(shui)(shui)、節(jie)能(neng)(neng)效(xiao)果顯著,具有很好的(de)經濟效(xiao)益(yi)和(he)社會效(xiao)益(yi)。
1 某市(shi)水廠系統(tong)結構(gou)
某(mou)市自來(lai)(lai)水(shui)(shui)公司原有的(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)系統(tong)由(you)4臺工(gong)頻(pin)水(shui)(shui)泵給管網(wang)供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui),泵房的(de)(de)出口(kou)流(liu)(liu)量以及(ji)水(shui)(shui)壓調節(jie)、水(shui)(shui)位控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)都是(shi)靠工(gong)人手動調節(jie)閥門節(jie)流(liu)(liu)量進行控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de),同時(shi)系統(tong)由(you)人工(gong)監測控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),費(fei)時(shi)、費(fei)力(li)又不能(neng)及(ji)時(shi)對管網(wang)壓力(li)進行調整,達不到平穩調節(jie)流(liu)(liu)量的(de)(de)性能(neng)。這種控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方式據統(tong)計至少浪費(fei)了30%的(de)(de)能(neng)源。由(you)于(yu)水(shui)(shui)泵的(de)(de)啟(qi)、停(ting)次數頻(pin)繁,供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)設(she)備容易損壞。鑒(jian)于(yu)自來(lai)(lai)水(shui)(shui)公司供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)系統(tong)的(de)(de)狀況,筆者決(jue)定用變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)改造供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)系統(tong),以克服由(you)于(yu)采用單純手動控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)進行控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)帶來(lai)(lai)的(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)不方便以及(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)對供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)管網(wang)中壓力(li)和(he)水(shui)(shui)位變(bian)化反應遲(chi)鈍的(de)(de)問題,降低(di)能(neng)源消耗和(he)資(zi)源浪費(fei),提(ti)高設(she)備的(de)(de)可維護性和(he)運行的(de)(de)可靠性,以達到降低(di)自來(lai)(lai)水(shui)(shui)公司的(de)(de)生產(chan)(chan)成本和(he)提(ti)高生產(chan)(chan)管理水(shui)(shui)平的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
本(ben)次將(jiang)要(yao)改(gai)造(zao)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫容積約為5000 m3,儲水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)較大(da)。本(ben)著資(zi)源不(bu)浪費(fei)的(de)(de)原(yuan)則,確定(ding)改(gai)造(zao)方(fang)案為增(zeng)加(jia)一臺(tai)使(shi)用(yong)變頻(pin)器實(shi)現軟啟動(dong)及轉(zhuan)速調(diao)(diao)節的(de)(de)大(da)流(liu)量(liang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng),整個供水(shui)(shui)(shui)管網(wang)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)需求基本(ben)上由此泵(beng)(beng)供給,其余的(de)(de)4臺(tai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)仍由工頻(pin)控制,用(yong)來輔(fu)助調(diao)(diao)節整個管網(wang)的(de)(de)流(liu)量(liang)及壓(ya)力(li)。變頻(pin)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)速隨用(yong)戶用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)的(de)(de)變化動(dong)態調(diao)(diao)節,當變頻(pin)泵(beng)(beng)轉(zhuan)速達到額定(ding)轉(zhuan)速后,如水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)在所設定(ding)的(de)(de)時(shi)間內不(bu)能(neng)滿(man)足恒壓(ya)值時(shi),系統隨即自(zi)動(dong)投入一臺(tai)或(huo)若(ruo)干臺(tai)工頻(pin)泵(beng)(beng)以(yi)補(bu)充(chong)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)需求。當用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)高峰(feng)期過后,依次將(jiang)工頻(pin)泵(beng)(beng)退出運(yun)行(xing),大(da)流(liu)量(liang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)重(zhong)新進入變頻(pin)控制。這種(zhong)閉環控制方(fang)法既可以(yi)解決供水(shui)(shui)(shui)高峰(feng)時(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)不(bu)足的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti)又可以(yi)保證(zheng)深夜用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)低(di)谷時(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)過高且資(zi)源浪費(fei)的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti)。據(ju)此將(jiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)分成5個控制區(qu)段,根據(ju)不(bu)同的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)和管網(wang)的(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li),自(zi)動(dong)調(diao)(diao)節水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)M1~M5的(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)。同時(shi)還要(yao)滿(man)足泵(beng)(beng)房污水(shui)(shui)(shui)排(pai)放、消(xiao)防用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)等許多方(fang)面的(de)(de)要(yao)求。圖1展示了(le)變頻(pin)器恒壓(ya)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)系統的(de)(de)結構框圖。
恒壓供(gong)水系統的控制(zhi)過程(cheng)為:
通過安裝在(zai)(zai)(zai)用戶管(guan)(guan)網端的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓力傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)測(ce)(ce)得(de)管(guan)(guan)網水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓的(de)(de)(de)(de)變化(hua),同時結合用戶管(guan)(guan)網在(zai)(zai)(zai)不同時刻(ke)對水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流(liu)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)需求,將測(ce)(ce)得(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓信號傳至神經網絡模糊PID控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi),經過控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)運算后將信號輸入(ru)變頻(pin)器(qi),由變頻(pin)器(qi)實現(xian)對水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)轉(zhuan)速的(de)(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),最終(zhong)達到調(diao)整管(guan)(guan)網水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)測(ce)(ce)管(guan)(guan)網水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,由放置在(zai)(zai)(zai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫中的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)測(ce)(ce)得(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)低(di),將此信號傳至電(dian)氣控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜,通過控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)路控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)投入(ru)和退出(chu),使水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)保持在(zai)(zai)(zai)正常的(de)(de)(de)(de)范圍內,并(bing)保證正常出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。當水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)過高(gao)、過低(di)時均設置聲光報警(jing),提示值班(ban)員注意,啟(qi)動(dong)或停止注水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng),以(yi)保證水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)正常。
2 恒壓(ya)供水系統系統硬(ying)件組成
本(ben)恒壓供水(shui)系(xi)統采用(yong):變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)+繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統,由(you)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、PID調(diao)節器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、壓(ya)(ya)力(li)變(bian)送器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、水(shui)(shui)位控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)以及(ji)接觸器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、指示燈、風(feng)機等(deng)部分組(zu)成,采用(yong)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)調(diao)速技(ji)術,對水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)M5進(jin)行(xing)無極平(ping)滑(hua)調(diao)速,實(shi)現變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)/工(gong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)兩(liang)種控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),對M1~M4進(jin)行(xing)工(gong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),利用(yong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)、水(shui)(shui)位傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)來檢測信(xin)(xin)號(hao),用(yong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)來控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)實(shi)現水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)運行(xing),保(bao)證供水(shui)(shui)管網壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)恒定(ding)。同時(shi)用(yong)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、接觸器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)實(shi)現其它的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)的(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),并實(shi)現報警等(deng)操作。接觸器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)要大于(yu)或者等(deng)于(yu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)也要滿足電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。通過比較選(xuan)(xuan)擇,最后確(que)定(ding)型號(hao)為(wei)(wei):CJ10 —600/10,其中電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)選(xuan)(xuan)擇400 A。考慮到電(dian)(dian)(dian)機對電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)沖擊影響,熔斷(duan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)選(xuan)(xuan)擇型號(hao)為(wei)(wei):RM10—600,熔體(ti)為(wei)(wei)600 A。由(you)于(yu)主電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)(wei)350.8 A,選(xuan)(xuan)擇熱繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)(wei)JR系(xi)列(lie),電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)(wei)400 A。
3 主電路(lu)設計
本恒壓(ya)(ya)(ya)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)包括5臺水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵電(dian)動機,其中M1的(de)(de)(de)功率為45 kW,M2為22 kW,M3為22 kW,M4為22 kW,M5為160 kW。M1~M4 4個電(dian)機用(yong)一般的(de)(de)(de)工頻(pin)(pin)電(dian)源,M5由變頻(pin)(pin)器控制,以實現變頻(pin)(pin)調(diao)速。由于文中設計的(de)(de)(de)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)使用(yong)恒壓(ya)(ya)(ya)控制策略,需要在(zai)型(xing)號(hao)(hao)選(xuan)擇(ze)上考慮滿足電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)、電(dian)流和(he)功率的(de)(de)(de)匹配(pei)問(wen)題,本系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)采用(yong)富(fu)士變頻(pin)(pin)器,其型(xing)號(hao)(hao)為FRN160PS-4JE。根據(ju)城市一年(nian)四季用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量和(he)一天24小時用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)變化規律,將供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力分(fen)為:0.3 Mpa、0.35 Mpa、0.4Mpa、0.45 Mpa、0.5 Mpa 5檔,在(zai)不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)時間斷,系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)采用(yong)不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),以達到充(chong)分(fen)節能的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。本系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)為了(le)工人師傅在(zai)運行過程中的(de)(de)(de)維修及調(diao)試(shi)方便,設置了(le)手(shou)動調(diao)整功能。系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)主回(hui)路(lu)圖(tu)如圖(tu)2所示(shi)。F為頻(pin)(pin)率計,監(jian)視記錄頻(pin)(pin)率值。W為手(shou)動調(diao)頻(pin)(pin)電(dian)位器。A,U為電(dian)流、電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表用(yong)于監(jian)測(ce)電(dian)網三相電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)、電(dian)流。
主控(kong)制回路,由接(jie)觸器、繼電器、電鈴、顯示燈(deng)、風機等部分組成,完成變頻器的啟(qi)/停,手動/自動轉換、故障報(bao)警等功能。
4 水位控(kong)制(zhi)電路
本恒壓(ya)供水(shui)(shui)系(xi)統采用(yong)DCB958型液位(wei)壓(ya)力測(ce)控器來(lai)(lai)完成水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)水(shui)(shui)位(wei)的(de)(de)控制。該控制器對(dui)水(shui)(shui)位(wei)的(de)(de)顯示精度(du)可以(yi)精確到(dao)0.01 m,并可以(yi)對(dui)水(shui)(shui)位(wei)進(jin)行上(shang)(shang)、下限(xian)報警。根據實際情況,將水(shui)(shui)位(wei)傳感(gan)器設置為(wei)5點:上(shang)(shang)上(shang)(shang)限(xian)、上(shang)(shang)限(xian)、中間位(wei)置、下限(xian)、下下限(xian)。它的(de)(de)外形(xing)管(guan)腳如圖3所(suo)示。其中,P/I是(shi)壓(ya)力變(bian)送器,把(ba)(ba)實際的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)位(wei)的(de)(de)高低轉(zhuan)換(huan)為(wei)壓(ya)力,再轉(zhuan)換(huan)為(wei)標準的(de)(de)4~20 mA的(de)(de)電流信(xin)號(hao).輸送給DCB958型液位(wei)壓(ya)力測(ce)控器,然后將此信(xin)號(hao)轉(zhuan)換(huan)后接(jie)至水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)M1-M4的(de)(de)控制電路中,來(lai)(lai)改變(bian)水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)的(de)(de)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)量和(he)投入水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)的(de)(de)臺數,以(yi)控制水(shui)(shui)位(wei)。系(xi)統把(ba)(ba)水(shui)(shui)位(wei)的(de)(de)控制過程分為(wei)了幾個(ge)檔,水(shui)(shui)位(wei)達到(dao)不同的(de)(de)標準,實現不同的(de)(de)操作。
由于水庫(ku)中的(de)(de)水位(wei)波動較大(da),水位(wei)傳感器在(zai)檢測(ce)的(de)(de)過程中,會(hui)出現一(yi)定的(de)(de)誤差,特(te)別是在(zai)系(xi)統報(bao)(bao)警(jing)的(de)(de)臨(lin)界(jie)狀(zhuang)態,由此會(hui)造成(cheng)水泵(beng)的(de)(de)頻(pin)繁啟/停,從而對水泵(beng)甚至(zhi)整個控制(zhi)系(xi)統造成(cheng)損壞。采(cai)取以下兩種方法(fa)進行解(jie)決(jue):一(yi)個是增(zeng)(zeng)加監測(ce)點,另(ling)外一(yi)個就(jiu)是在(zai)控制(zhi)回路中增(zeng)(zeng)加延時電路。鑒于實際線路的(de)(de)控制(zhi)要求和成(cheng)本,文中采(cai)用了第二種方法(fa)。當在(zai)系(xi)統中檢測(ce)到報(bao)(bao)警(jing)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)后,打開(kai)延時,延時時間到后,若報(bao)(bao)警(jing)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)仍然存在(zai),表明(ming)此信(xin)號(hao)(hao)為正確信(xin)號(hao)(hao),再根(gen)(gen)據(ju)此信(xin)號(hao)(hao)進行控制(zhi)。延時時間在(zai)現場根(gen)(gen)據(ju)具體情況進行調試(shi)。
5 壓力(li)控制電路
實際(ji)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)系統中用戶管(guan)網壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力的(de)(de)(de)波動(dong)很大(da),如果系統把這(zhe)個信號(hao)(hao)傳(chuan)送給變頻器(qi),會造成電(dian)機轉(zhuan)速的(de)(de)(de)頻繁調整,同(tong)時(shi)電(dian)機與(yu)水(shui)(shui)泵的(de)(de)(de)聯接造成很大(da)的(de)(de)(de)損壞。采(cai)用PID調節器(qi)對系統的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力波動(dong)進行范(fan)圍性調節、控(kong)制,能(neng)夠(gou)很好大(da)的(de)(de)(de)解決這(zhe)個問題。本恒(heng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)系統選(xuan)用E5AX-LA作(zuo)為專用的(de)(de)(de)PID調節器(qi),其調節簡單,精度高,能(neng)夠(gou)顯示(shi)當(dang)前管(guan)網水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并且可設置(zhi)兩檔報(bao)警信號(hao)(hao),完(wan)全符(fu)合系統的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制要求(qiu);壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力傳(chuan)感器(qi)選(xuan)用E8AA-M05,如圖4所示(shi)。
