高層建筑供(gong)水系統概述(shu)

在住宅小區水(shui)廠的(de)管(guan)網(wang)系統(tong)中(zhong),由于管(guan)網(wang)是封(feng)閉(bi)的(de),泵站供水(shui)的(de)流量是由用戶用水(shui)量決定(ding)的(de),泵站供水(shui)的(de)壓(ya)力以滿足管(guan)網(wang)中(zhong)壓(ya)力不利(li)點的(de)壓(ya)力損失ΔP和流量Q之間存在著如下關系:

因此(ci)高層建筑給(gei)水(shui)系(xi)統的設定壓(ya)力(li)應該根據流量(liang)的變(bian)化而不斷修正設定值,這種恒壓(ya)供(gong)水(shui)技術稱為(wei)變(bian)量(liang)恒壓(ya)供(gong)水(shui),即供(gong)水(shui)系(xi)統 不利點的供(gong)水(shui)壓(ya)力(li)為(wei)恒值而泵站出口總管壓(ya)力(li)連續可調(diao)。

該系統選用FR-500日本三菱變頻器。該系統中具有功能:
3.1自動切換變頻/工頻運(yun)行功能
變頻(pin)器提供(gong)三(san)種(zhong)不同的工作(zuo)方式供(gong)用戶(hu)選擇:
方式(shi)0:基(ji)本工(gong)作方式(shi)。變頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)始終固(gu)定驅動(dong)一臺(tai)泵(beng)(beng)并實時(shi)根據其輸出(chu)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率:控制其他輔助(zhu)泵(beng)(beng)啟停。即當變頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)的輸出(chu)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率達到(dao) 大頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率時(shi)啟動(dong)一臺(tai)輔助(zhu)泵(beng)(beng)工(gong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)運(yun)行(xing)、當變頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)的輸出(chu)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率達到(dao) 小頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率時(shi)則停止 后(hou)啟動(dong)的輔助(zhu)泵(beng)(beng)。由(you)此控制增減工(gong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)運(yun)行(xing)泵(beng)(beng)的臺(tai)數。
方(fang)式1:交(jiao)替方(fang)式,變頻器通常固定驅動(dong)某臺泵(beng),并實時根據其輸出頻率,使輔助(zhu)泵(beng)工頻運行,此方(fang)式與方(fang)式0不同之(zhi)處在(zai)于若前一次泵(beng)啟(qi)動(dong)的(de)順序是泵(beng)1→泵(beng)2,當變頻器輸出停止時,下一次啟(qi)動(dong)順序變為泵(beng)2→泵(beng)1。
方式(shi)2:直接方式(shi)。當(dang)(dang)(dang)啟(qi)信號輸入時變頻(pin)(pin)器啟(qi)動(dong)一號臺泵(beng)當(dang)(dang)(dang)該泵(beng)達(da)到(dao) 高頻(pin)(pin)率時,變頻(pin)(pin)器將該泵(beng)切換(huan)到(dao)工頻(pin)(pin)運行(xing),變頻(pin)(pin)器啟(qi)動(dong)下一臺泵(beng)變頻(pin)(pin)運行(xing),相(xiang)反當(dang)(dang)(dang)泵(beng)停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)條(tiao)件成(cheng)立時,先(xian)停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi) 先(xian)啟(qi)動(dong)的泵(beng)。
3.2 PID的(de)調節功能
由壓(ya)力傳感器(qi)反饋的(de)水壓(ya)信號(hao)(4-20MA或-5V)直接送入PLC的(de)A/D口(可以(yi)通過(guo)手持編程器(qi)),設定(ding)給定(ding)壓(ya)力值,PID參數值,并通過(guo)PLC計算何(he)以(yi)需切換泵的(de)操作完成系(xi)統控(kong)制,系(xi)統參數在實際運行(xing)中調整,使系(xi)統控(kong)制響應趨于完整。
3.3“休眠”功(gong)能
高層建筑(zhu)供(gong)水系統運行時經常會遇到用戶用水量較(jiao)小或(huo)不(bu)(bu)用水(如夜(ye)晚(wan))情況,為了節能,該系統專用設(she)置了可以使水泵(beng)(beng)暫停(ting)工作的“休眠”功能,當(dang)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)輸出低于其下限(xian)時,變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)停(ting)止工作,2#、3#泵(beng)(beng)不(bu)(bu)工作,水泵(beng)(beng)停(ting)止(處于休眠狀態)。當(dang)水壓繼續升高時將(jiang)停(ting)止1泵(beng)(beng),當(dang)水壓下降到設(she)定(ding)值(zhi)時將(jiang)先啟動變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)運轉2#泵(beng)(beng)或(huo)3#泵(beng)(beng),當(dang)頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)到達設(she)定(ding)定(ding)值(zhi)后將(jiang)啟動1#泵(beng)(beng)調節2#或(huo)3#泵(beng)(beng)的轉速。
“休眠值”變頻器輸出的下限頻率PR507設置。
“休眠確認(ren)時(shi)(shi)間”用參數PR506設(she)置(zhi),當變頻器的輸出(chu)頻率低(di)于休眠值的時(shi)(shi)間如小于休眠時(shi)(shi)間td時(shi)(shi),即td<tn時(shi)(shi)變頻器繼續工作,當td>tn時(shi)(shi)變頻器將(jiang)進入休眠狀態(tai)。
“喚(huan)醒值”由供水壓力下限(xian)(xian)啟動,當(dang)供水壓力低(di)于下限(xian)(xian)值時(shi)由PLC發出(chu)指令喚(huan)醒變頻器(qi)工(gong)作。
經(jing)測試“休(xiu)眠(mian)值(zhi)”為10HZ。 “休(xiu)眠(mian)確(que)認時間”td:20s “喚醒值(zhi)”70%
3.4通(tong)訊功能
高層建筑供水系統具(ju)有(you)計(ji)(ji)算(suan)機(ji)的(de)通訊功能,PLC變頻器均提供(gong)有(you)RS232或485接口(kou)PLC可(ke)選用西門子的(de)S7-200計(ji)(ji)算(suan)機(ji)可(ke)以(yi)與一套或多(duo)套系統進行通訊,利(li)用計(ji)(ji)算(suan)機(ji)同(tong)時可(ke)以(yi)監測:電流、電壓、頻率、轉速、壓力等也可(ke)以(yi)控制變頻器的(de)各類參數。
此外該高層建筑給水系統還具(ju)有手動(dong)/自動(dong)操(cao)作,故(gu)障(zhang)報警,運(yun)行狀態(tai),電(dian)(dian)流,電(dian)(dian)壓、頻(pin)率狀態(tai)顯示缺水保護等(deng)功能。

以(yi)三(san)臺水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)恒(heng)壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)統為例,系(xi)統在(zai)自動(dong)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)方式(shi)下,可編程(cheng)(cheng)控制器控制變(bian)(bian)頻器軟(ruan)啟(qi)動(dong)1#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng),此(ci)時(shi)1#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)進入(ru)變(bian)(bian)頻運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)態,其轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)逐(zhu)漸升高,當(dang)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)Q<1/3Qmax時(shi)(Qmax為三(san)臺水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)全部工(gong)(gong)(gong)頻運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)時(shi)的(de)(de) 大流量(liang)(liang)(liang)),可編程(cheng)(cheng)控制器CPU根據(ju)根據(ju)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)化自動(dong)調節1#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)轉(zhuan)速(su)(su),以(yi)保證(zheng)所需(xu)的(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)。當(dang)用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)Q在(zai)1/3Qmax<Q<2/3Qmax之(zhi)間時(shi),1#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)已不能滿(man)足(zu)用(yong)(yong)戶所需(xu)的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang),這(zhe)時(shi)可編程(cheng)(cheng)控制器發出指令(ling)將1#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)轉(zhuan)為工(gong)(gong)(gong)頻運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),并(bing)軟(ruan)啟(qi)動(dong)2#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng),使2#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)進入(ru)變(bian)(bian)頻運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)況(kuang),2#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)由用(yong)(yong)戶用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)決(jue)定(ding),以(yi)保證(zheng)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)統 不利點(dian)所需(xu)的(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)。當(dang)外需(xu)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)Q為2/3Qmax<Q<Qmax時(shi),可編程(cheng)(cheng)控制器發出指令(ling)再將2#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)置于工(gong)(gong)(gong)頻運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)態,同時(shi)軟(ruan)啟(qi)動(dong)3#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)進入(ru)變(bian)(bian)頻運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)況(kuang),此(ci)時(shi)3#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)由用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)確定(ding),以(yi)保證(zheng)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)系(xi)統 不利點(dian)的(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)恒(heng)定(ding)。
當(dang)外(wai)(wai)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)量減少(shao)至1/3Qmax<Q<2/3Qmax之間(jian)時(shi),3#泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)逐漸降至接近于零,此時(shi)可(ke)編程(cheng)控制器發(fa)出(chu)1#泵(beng)(beng)退出(chu)運(yun)行(xing)指(zhi)令。在3#泵(beng)(beng)退出(chu)運(yun)行(xing)后,3#泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)逐漸升高,繼續處于變頻運(yun)行(xing)工(gong)況,其轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)仍由外(wai)(wai)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)量決定。當(dang)外(wai)(wai)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)量繼續減少(shao)至Q<1/3Qmax時(shi),可(ke)編程(cheng)控制器發(fa)出(chu)2#泵(beng)(beng)退出(chu)運(yun)行(xing)指(zhi)令,此時(shi)3#泵(beng)(beng)仍處于變頻運(yun)行(xing)工(gong)況。當(dang)外(wai)(wai)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)量再增(zeng)至1/3Qmax<Q<2/3Qmax之間(jian)時(shi),3#泵(beng)(beng)轉(zhuan)為工(gong)頻運(yun)行(xing)狀態,可(ke)編程(cheng)控制器發(fa)出(chu)1#泵(beng)(beng)軟啟(qi)動指(zhi)令并使其進入變頻運(yun)行(xing)工(gong)況,如(ru)此往復循(xun)環(huan)以實(shi)現系統的(de)(de)恒壓供(gong)水(shui)(shui)。
