變頻(pin)器內(nei)置PID功能(neng)在變頻(pin)增(zeng)壓(ya)供水設備中的(de)應用(yong)
摘要: 以(yi)往的(de)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)增壓供(gong)水設備(bei)(bei)(bei),往往采(cai)用帶(dai)有(you)模入(ru)/模出(chu)的(de)可編(bian)程(cheng)控制器或PID調(diao)(diao)節器,PID算法編(bian)程(cheng)難(nan)度大(da),設備(bei)(bei)(bei)成本高,調(diao)(diao)試困難(nan)。隨著電力電子(zi)技術(shu)的(de)發展(zhan),采(cai)用帶(dai)有(you)內置(zhi)PID功能的(de)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器生產出(chu)的(de)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)增壓供(gong)水設備(bei)(bei)(bei),降低了設備(bei)(bei)(bei)成本,提(ti)高了生產效率,節省了安裝調(diao)(diao)試時間(jian)

一、引言
自從(cong)通用(yong)(yong)變頻器問世以來,變頻調速技(ji)術(shu)(shu)在各個領域得到(dao)了廣泛的(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)。變頻增壓供水(shui)設備(bei)以其(qi)節能(neng)(neng)、安(an)全、高品(pin)質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)供水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)等(deng)優點,在實際應(ying)用(yong)(yong)中得到(dao)了很大的(de)發展。隨著(zhu)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)子技(ji)術(shu)(shu)的(de)飛速發展,變頻器的(de)功能(neng)(neng)也越來越強。充分利用(yong)(yong)變頻器內置的(de)各種功能(neng)(neng),對(dui)合理設計變頻增壓供水(shui)設備(bei),降低成本,保證(zheng)產(chan)品(pin)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)等(deng)方面有著(zhu)非常重要的(de)意義。
二、傳統的(de)變頻增壓供水設(she)備設(she)計方案
變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)作用(yong)(yong)(yong)是為電(dian)機(ji)提(ti)供可(ke)(ke)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)的(de)(de)電(dian)源,實現電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)無級調(diao)速,從(cong)而(er)使管(guan)(guan)網(wang)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)連續變(bian)化。傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)任務是檢測管(guan)(guan)網(wang)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)設(she)定(ding)單元為系統提(ti)供滿(man)足用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶需要(yao)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)期望值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)設(she)定(ding)信號(hao)(hao)和壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)反饋信號(hao)(hao)在(zai)輸入可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou),經(jing)可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)內(nei)部PID控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序的(de)(de)計算(suan),輸出(chu)給變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)轉(zhuan)速控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信號(hao)(hao)。還(huan)有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)種(zhong)辦(ban)法是將壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)設(she)定(ding)信號(hao)(hao)和壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)反饋信號(hao)(hao)送入PID回路(lu)調(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),由PID回路(lu)調(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)調(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)內(nei)部進行運算(suan)后(hou),輸出(chu)給變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)轉(zhuan)速調(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)信號(hao)(hao),如圖1中虛線所(suo)示。一(yi)(yi)(yi)般的(de)(de)供水(shui)(shui)設(she)備控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)1~3臺(tai)(tai)水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng),1~2臺(tai)(tai)工作,1臺(tai)(tai)備用(yong)(yong)(yong)。在(zai)這些水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)中,一(yi)(yi)(yi)般只有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)臺(tai)(tai)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)泵(beng)(beng)。當供水(shui)(shui)設(she)備供電(dian)開始工作時,先起(qi)動(dong)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)泵(beng)(beng),管(guan)(guan)網(wang)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)達到(dao)設(she)定(ding)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時,變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)則(ze)穩定(ding)在(zai)一(yi)(yi)(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)數值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)(shang)。而(er)當用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)增加,水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降低時,傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)將這一(yi)(yi)(yi)信號(hao)(hao)送入可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)或PID回路(lu)調(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)或PID回路(lu)調(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)則(ze)送出(chu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)較用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)增加前大的(de)(de)信號(hao)(hao),使變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng),水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)速提(ti)高,水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)。如果用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)增加很(hen)多(duo),使變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)達到(dao)最(zui)大值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),仍不能使管(guan)(guan)網(wang)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)達到(dao)設(she)定(ding)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時,可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)或PID回路(lu)調(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)就發(fa)出(chu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信號(hao)(hao),起(qi)動(dong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)臺(tai)(tai)工頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)泵(beng)(beng),其他泵(beng)(beng)依(yi)次類(lei)推。反之,當用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)(liang)減少(shao),變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)達到(dao)最(zui)小值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時,則(ze)發(fa)出(chu)減少(shao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)臺(tai)(tai)工頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)命令(ling)。圖1中M1~M3為電(dian)機(ji),P1~P3為水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng),JC1~JC6為電(dian)機(ji)起(qi)、停、互相切(qie)換(huan)的(de)(de)交流接觸器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。
由(you)于變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)號(hao)是由(you)可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)或PID回(hui)路調節(jie)(jie)器(qi)給(gei)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de),所(suo)以對可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)來講,既要(yao)有(you)模擬(ni)(ni)(ni)量(liang)(liang)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)接口(kou),又要(yao)有(you)模擬(ni)(ni)(ni)量(liang)(liang)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)接口(kou)。由(you)于帶模擬(ni)(ni)(ni)量(liang)(liang)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)/輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)接口(kou)的(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)價格很高,這無形中就(jiu)增加(jia)了(le)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本。若采用帶有(you)模擬(ni)(ni)(ni)量(liang)(liang)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)/數(shu)字量(liang)(liang)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi),則要(yao)在可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)的(de)(de)數(shu)字量(liang)(liang)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)另接一(yi)(yi)(yi)塊PWM調制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)板,將可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)數(shu)字量(liang)(liang)信(xin)號(hao)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)為(wei)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速的(de)(de)模擬(ni)(ni)(ni)信(xin)號(hao),造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本沒有(you)降低,還增加(jia)了(le)連線和(he)附加(jia)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei),降低了(le)整套設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)靠性。如(ru)果(guo)采用一(yi)(yi)(yi)個開關量(liang)(liang)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)/輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)和(he)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個PID回(hui)路調節(jie)(jie)器(qi),其成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本也(ye)和(he)帶模擬(ni)(ni)(ni)量(liang)(liang)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)/輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)差不多(duo)。所(suo)以,在變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)調速恒(heng)壓(ya)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)中,PID控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)號(hao)的(de)(de)產生和(he)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)就(jiu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)降低給(gei)水(shui)(shui)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個關鍵環節(jie)(jie)。
三、新(xin)型變頻(pin)增壓供水設備的解決方案
針對傳(chuan)統的變頻增壓供水設備的(de)(de)(de)不足之處(chu),國外不少生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)廠(chang)家近(jin)年(nian)來紛(fen)紛(fen)推出了一(yi)系(xi)列(lie)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)產(chan)(chan)品,如ABB公司的(de)(de)(de)ACS600、ACS400系(xi)列(lie)產(chan)(chan)品,富士公司的(de)(de)(de)G11S/P11S系(xi)列(lie)產(chan)(chan)品,北京(jing)菱科LK600P系(xi)列(lie)。這些(xie)產(chan)(chan)品將PID調節(jie)器(qi)(qi)以(yi)及簡易(yi)可編(bian)程控制器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)都綜合進變頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)內(nei)(nei),形成了帶有各種(zhong)(zhong)應用(yong)宏(hong)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)變頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)。這類變頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)價格僅比通用(yong)變頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)略微高一(yi)點,但功能(neng)卻強(qiang)很多,所以(yi)我(wo)們(men)在山東文登曲軸廠(chang)新(xin)建的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)活(huo)小區(qu)中就采(cai)用(yong)了這種(zhong)(zhong)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)設計方案。在這套給(gei)水(shui)設備中,我(wo)們(men)采(cai)用(yong)了ABB公司的(de)(de)(de)ACS601-0011-3帶內(nei)(nei)置PID功能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)變頻(pin)器(qi)(qi),可編(bian)程控制器(qi)(qi)選用(yong)西門子S7-214-1BC10-0XB0型(xing)(xing),具體原理(li)框圖(tu)如圖(tu)2所以(yi)示(shi)。圖(tu)2中M1~M2為(wei)(wei)電機(ji)(ji),P1~P2為(wei)(wei)水(shui)泵,JC1~JC4為(wei)(wei)電機(ji)(ji)起、停、互相切換的(de)(de)(de)交流接觸器(qi)(qi)。
該變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)增(zeng)壓供(gong)水設(she)備采用2臺(tai)水泵(beng),一(yi)用一(yi)備,由可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)程控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)定時切(qie)換。若用水量(liang)大(da),變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)也可(ke)(ke)以(yi)通(tong)過(guo)可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)程接(jie)口向(xiang)可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)程控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)發(fa)出信號,由可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)程控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)控(kong)制兩臺(tai)泵(beng)同時工(gong)作,一(yi)臺(tai)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)運行,一(yi)臺(tai)工(gong)頻(pin)運行。圖2中(zhong)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)反饋的(de)(de)(de)水壓信號直(zhi)接(jie)送(song)入變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)自帶(dai)的(de)(de)(de)PID調節器(qi)(qi)輸(shu)入口AI2+、AI2-,而(er)壓力(li)設(she)定既可(ke)(ke)以(yi)使用變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)鍵盤以(yi)數字量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)形式設(she)定,也可(ke)(ke)以(yi)采用一(yi)只電位器(qi)(qi)以(yi)模擬量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)形式送(song)入AI1+、AI1-。這樣(yang)通(tong)過(guo)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制面(mian)板(ban),在變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)PID選(xuan)項中(zhong)選(xuan)擇合適的(de)(de)(de)PID參數,并經過(guo)現場調試校正(zheng),設(she)備就(jiu)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)正(zheng)常運行了。
由于PID運(yun)算(suan)在變(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)內部,這就(jiu)省去了(le)對(dui)可(ke)編(bian)程(cheng)控制器(qi)存貯容(rong)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu)和對(dui)PID算(suan)法(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)編(bian)程(cheng),而(er)且(qie)PID參數(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)在線(xian)調(diao)試非常容(rong)易,這不僅降低(di)了(le)生(sheng)產(chan)成本,而(er)且(qie)大大提高了(le)生(sheng)產(chan)效率。由于變(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)內部自(zi)帶的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)PID調(diao)節器(qi)采用了(le)優化算(suan)法(fa),所(suo)以(yi)使水壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)調(diao)節十分平滑,穩(wen)定。同(tong)時(shi)(shi),為了(le)保證水壓(ya)反(fan)饋信號值的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)準(zhun)確、不失值,可(ke)對(dui)該(gai)信號設(she)置濾(lv)波(bo)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)常數(shu),同(tong)時(shi)(shi)還可(ke)對(dui)反(fan)饋信號進行(xing)換(huan)算(suan),使系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)調(diao)試非常簡單、方便(bian)。該(gai)變(bian)(bian)頻增壓(ya)供水設(she)備自(zi)1997年10月在該(gai)生(sheng)活(huo)小區運(yun)行(xing)以(yi)來(lai),一(yi)直保持良(liang)好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)狀(zhuang)態(tai),管(guan)網水壓(ya)非常穩(wen)定,受到了(le)小區用戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)致好(hao)(hao)評。
