PLC在變頻恒壓供水系統中的成功應用

1. 引言(yan)
隨著(zhu)變頻調(diao)速(su)技術和(he)可編程控(kong)制(zhi)器的(de)飛速(su)發(fa)展(zhan),以及其(qi)應用面廣、功能強(qiang)大、使(shi)用方便(bian),已經成為(wei)當(dang)代(dai)工(gong)業自動(dong)化的(de)主(zhu)要裝置之(zhi)一,在(zai)工(gong)業生產領(ling)域得到廣泛使(shi)用,在(zai)其(qi)它(ta)領(ling)域(如民用和(he)家庭自動(dong)化)的(de)應用也得到了迅速(su)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)。
由于變頻(pin)調(diao)速技(ji)術和可編程(cheng)程(cheng)序控(kong)制(zhi)器的(de)(de)應用靈活方便,在恒壓(ya)供水(shui)(shui)系統(tong)中(zhong)亦得到(dao)(dao)廣泛的(de)(de)應用。采用PLC作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)中(zhong)心(xin)控(kong)制(zhi)單元,利用變頻(pin)器與PID結合(he),根據系統(tong)狀態可快速調(diao)整供水(shui)(shui)系統(tong)的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)壓(ya)力,達到(dao)(dao)恒壓(ya)供水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),提高了系統(tong)的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)穩(wen)定性(xing),得到(dao)(dao)了良好的(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)效果以及明(ming)顯(xian)的(de)(de)節能效果。
2、PLC變頻恒壓(ya)供水系統結構
變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)恒(heng)壓(ya)(ya)供水(shui)系(xi)(xi)統原理(li)如圖(tu)一(yi)(yi);它主(zhu)要(yao)有(you)PLC、變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器、壓(ya)(ya)力(li)變(bian)(bian)送器、液位傳感(gan)器、動力(li)及(ji)控(kong)制線(xian)路以及(ji)泵組(zu)組(zu)成(cheng)。用(yong)戶通(tong)過控(kong)制柜面(mian)板上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)指示燈和(he)按鈕、轉(zhuan)換(huan)開關(guan)來(lai)了解(jie)和(he)控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)運(yun)行。通(tong)過安裝在(zai)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)管網上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)變(bian)(bian)送器,把(ba)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)信號(hao)變(bian)(bian)成(cheng)4~20mA標(biao)準信號(hao)送入(ru)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器內(nei)置的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)PID調(diao)(diao)(diao)節器,經PID運(yun)算與給(gei)定壓(ya)(ya)力(li)參數(shu)(shu)(shu)進(jin)行比較,得到(dao)(dao)4~20mA參數(shu)(shu)(shu),4~20mA信號(hao)送至變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器。控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統由變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器控(kong)制水(shui)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)速(su)以調(diao)(diao)(diao)節供水(shui)量(liang),根據用(yong)水(shui)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong),變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器調(diao)(diao)(diao)節水(shui)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)速(su)不(bu)同(tong)、工作(zuo)(zuo)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)也就不(bu)同(tong),在(zai)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器設(she)置中設(she)定一(yi)(yi)個(ge)上(shang)限頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)和(he)下限頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)檢測,當用(yong)水(shui)量(liang)大時,變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器迅(xun)速(su)上(shang)升到(dao)(dao)上(shang)限頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv),此時,變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器輸出(chu)(chu)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)開關(guan)信號(hao)給(gei)PLC;當用(yong)水(shui)處于(yu)低(di)峰時,變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器輸出(chu)(chu)達到(dao)(dao)下限頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv),變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器也輸出(chu)(chu)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)開關(guan)信號(hao)給(gei)PLC;兩個(ge)信號(hao)不(bu)會同(tong)時產生。當產生任(ren)何一(yi)(yi)個(ge)信號(hao)時,信號(hao)即反饋(kui)給(gei)PLC,PLC通(tong)過設(she)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)部程(cheng)序驅動I/O端口(kou)開關(guan)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)(chu)來(lai)實現切(qie)換(huan)交(jiao)流接觸器組(zu),以此協調(diao)(diao)(diao)投入(ru)工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)泵電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)臺數(shu)(shu)(shu),并完(wan)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)啟停(ting)、變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)與工頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)切(qie)換(huan)。通(tong)過調(diao)(diao)(diao)整投入(ru)工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)臺數(shu)(shu)(shu)和(he)控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)中一(yi)(yi)臺電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)轉(zhuan)速(su),使系(xi)(xi)統管網的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)始終(zhong)穩定,進(jin)而達到(dao)(dao)恒(heng)壓(ya)(ya)供水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。
3、PLC變頻(pin)恒壓供水系統工(gong)作原理
該PLC變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)恒(heng)壓(ya)(ya)供水系統(tong)有(you)(you)手動和(he)自動兩種(zhong)運行(xing)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)。手動方(fang)(fang)式(shi)時(shi),按(an)下按(an)鈕啟(qi)動和(he)停(ting)止水泵(beng)(beng),可根據(ju)需要(yao)分別控制1#~3#泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)啟(qi)停(ting),該方(fang)(fang)式(shi)主要(yao)供設(she)備調(diao)(diao)試、自動有(you)(you)故障和(he)檢修時(shi)使(shi)(shi)用。自動運行(xing)時(shi),首先由1#水泵(beng)(beng)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)運行(xing),變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)輸出頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)從(cong)0HZ上(shang)升(sheng),同時(shi)PID調(diao)(diao)節器(qi)(qi)(qi)把接(jie)收的(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)與給定壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)比較運算后送(song)給變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)控制。如(ru)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)不夠,則(ze)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)上(shang)升(sheng)到(dao)50HZ,變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)輸出一個上(shang)限頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)到(dao)達信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)給PLC,PLC接(jie)收到(dao)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)后經延(yan)時(shi),1#泵(beng)(beng)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)迅(xun)速切(qie)換為工頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin),2#泵(beng)(beng)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)啟(qi)動,若壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)仍達不到(dao)設(she)定壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li),則(ze)2#泵(beng)(beng)由變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)切(qie)換成工頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin),3#泵(beng)(beng)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)啟(qi)動;如(ru)用水量減少,PLC控制從(cong)先起的(de)(de)泵(beng)(beng)開(kai)始切(qie)除(chu),同時(shi)根據(ju)PID調(diao)(diao)節參數(shu)使(shi)(shi)系統(tong)平(ping)穩運行(xing),始終保持(chi)管網壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)。
若有(you)電源瞬時停(ting)電的(de)(de)情(qing)況,則(ze)系(xi)統(tong)停(ting)機,待電源恢復正常后(hou),系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動(dong)恢復到初始狀態開始運行。變頻(pin)自(zi)動(dong)功能是該系(xi)統(tong)最基本(ben)的(de)(de)功能,系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動(dong)完成對多(duo)臺泵的(de)(de)啟動(dong)、停(ting)止、循環變頻(pin)的(de)(de)全(quan)部操作過程。
4、PLC變頻恒壓供(gong)水系統(tong)變頻器
變頻(pin)器采用(yong)艾默生電(dian)氣公(gong)司生產(chan)的(de)EV2000系列(lie)變頻(pin)器。EV2000采用(yong)獨特的(de)控制方(fang)式,實現了高轉矩(ju)、高精(jing)度(du)、寬調速(su)驅動,滿足通用(yong)變頻(pin)器高性能化的(de)要求(qiu),具有超出同類產(chan)品的(de)防跳閘功能和(he)適(shi)應惡劣(lie)電(dian)網溫度(du)、濕度(du)和(he)粉塵能力,極大提高產(chan)品可靠(kao)性。
EV2000具有(you)實用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)PI(圖二)、簡易PLC、靈活的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)入輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)子(zi)、脈沖頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)給定(ding)(ding)、停電和停機參(can)數存儲選擇。頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)給定(ding)(ding)通道(dao)與運行命令通道(dao)捆(kun)綁,零頻(pin)(pin)(pin)回差(cha)(cha)控制(zhi)等,為設(she)(she)備提供集(ji)成度(du)一(yi)體化解(jie)決(jue)方案,對降低(di)系統成本,提高(gao)系統可靠性(xing)具有(you)極(ji)大(da)價值(zhi)。PI參(can)數的(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)定(ding)(ding)將直接反饋變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)控制(zhi)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)響應速(su)度(du)和精度(du),零頻(pin)(pin)(pin)運行閾(yu)值(zhi)和零頻(pin)(pin)(pin)回差(cha)(cha)的(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)定(ding)(ding)可以(yi)避(bi)免變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)在低(di)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)水泵(beng)低(di)速(su)運行(水泵(beng)在變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)15HZ以(yi)下(xia)時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)很低(di)),使變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)低(di)于某一(yi)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)時(shi)自(zi)動停止(zhi)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu),即不影響恒(heng)壓(ya)供水的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu),又把(ba)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)提至最高(gao)。
5、變(bian)頻恒壓供水(shui)系(xi)統PLC控制系(xi)統
該PLC變(bian)頻恒壓(ya)供水系統(tong)采用三菱FX-1s30MR,I/O點(dian)數為30點(dian),繼電(dian)器輸出,PLC編(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)采用FX—20P—E手(shou)持式編(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)器或三菱PLC專用編(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)軟(ruan)件SWOPC— FX/WIN—C,PLC可(ke)編(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序控(kong)制(zhi)器及軟(ruan)件提(ti)(ti)供完整的(de)(de)編(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)環境,可(ke)進行(xing)離線(xian)編(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、在線(xian)連接和(he)調試。為了提(ti)(ti)高整個系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)性價比(bi),該系(xi)(xi)統采用可(ke)編(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)制(zhi)器的(de)(de)開關量輸入輸出來控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)起(qi)停(ting)、自動投入、定(ding)期(qi)切換,供水泵的(de)(de)變頻及故障的(de)(de)報警等,而(er)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)轉速、設定(ding)壓力、頻率(lv)、電(dian)流、電(dian)壓等模擬信號量及實際(ji)運行(xing)參數則(ze)由變頻器及其(qi)內置(zhi)PID來顯示和(he)控(kong)制(zhi)。
三(san)菱PLC的(de)(de)編程(cheng)指(zhi)令(ling)簡單(dan)易懂(dong)且程(cheng)序(xu)設計靈活(huo),本系統PLC主體程(cheng)序(xu)用STL指(zhi)令(ling)與狀態(tai)繼電(dian)器S,STL指(zhi)令(ling)可以(yi)編制生(sheng)產流(liu)程(cheng)和工作與順序(xu)圖非常(chang)接近的(de)(de)程(cheng)序(xu),順序(xu)功能圖中的(de)(de)每一步(bu)與其他步(bu)是完(wan)全隔離(li)開的(de)(de),根據控制要求(qiu)將這(zhe)些程(cheng)序(xu)段按(an)一定的(de)(de)順序(xu)組合在一起(qi),就可以(yi)成功地(di)完(wan)成控制任務。FX系列PLC的(de)(de)狀態(tai)繼電(dian)器編制順序(xu)控制程(cheng)序(xu)時一般(ban)與STL指(zhi)令(ling)一起(qi)使用。

1) 變頻、工頻切換時間T

2) 上、下限頻率持續(xu)時間TH和TL
