自動(dong)穩壓給水(shui)設(she)備控制原理:

      全自動變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)自動穩壓(ya)給(gei)水設(she)備(bei)是變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)控制技術、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)泵組(zu)控制技術的(de)新型(xing)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)一體化供水裝置。通過安裝在水泵出水總管(guan)上的(de)遠傳(chuan)壓(ya)力表(biao)(內為一滑動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻),將(jiang)出口(kou)壓(ya)力轉換成(cheng)0-5V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)信號,經(jing)屏蔽信號線(xian)將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)信號回(hui)傳(chuan)給(gei)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器,經(jing)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器內部PID運(yun)算,進而控制其(qi)輸出頻(pin)(pin)率的(de)變(bian)化。當用水量(liang)降(jiang)至某一程度時(shi)(如夜間用水很少時(shi)),變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)主泵停止工作進入(ru)休眠。

三肯變頻器調整方法:

cd1=2(外部信號控制啟(qi)動(dong)、停(ting)止,即:DII和DCM1,啟(qi)動(dong)端子閉合即啟(qi)動(dong))

cd8=10-20(下限(xian)頻率)

    自動穩(wen)壓(ya)給水(shui)(shui)設備可根據用戶需求設定用戶供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)力(li)(li),如果管網供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)力(li)(li)高于設定壓(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),水(shui)(shui)泵機組處于停機狀態,自來水(shui)(shui)可通(tong)過連通(tong)管路直接(jie)對用戶供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)。當市政管網供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)力(li)(li)低于設定壓(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),設備自動進人接(jie)力(li)(li)升壓(ya)工作狀態,機組通(tong)過壓(ya)力(li)(li)傳感器,水(shui)(shui)泵及恒壓變頻控(kong)制柜(ju)組成(cheng)閉環控(kong)制系(xi)統,隨著用水量的變化,不斷(duan)調整水泵(beng)轉(zhuan)速及投入(ru)運行(xing)的水泵(beng)臺數(shu),以保持(chi)供水壓力恒定。 

    流(liu)(liu)量調(diao)節器是密封容器,在供(gong)(gong)水(shui)管(guan)網(wang)能滿足(zu)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)要求時,此設(she)備作為供(gong)(gong)水(shui)管(guan)網(wang)與供(gong)(gong)水(shui)設(she)備之(zhi)間的(de)緩(huan)沖裝置,以消除水(shui)泵機組(zu)對管(guan)網(wang)的(de)脈動影響(xiang)。在供(gong)(gong)水(shui)管(guan)網(wang)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)量不足(zu)時,作為流(liu)(liu)量調(diao)節裝置,以緩(huan)解管(guan)網(wang)用(yong)水(shui)高峰時的(de)流(liu)(liu)量不足(zu)。

    管(guan)(guan)網保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器安裝在流量調節器上,當(dang)罐內壓力(li)較(jiao)外界壓力(li)高(gao)時(shi),管(guan)(guan)網保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器關閉,水(shui)泵機組疊加市(shi)政(zheng)管(guan)(guan)網原有壓力(li)進行恒壓供水(shui);當(dang)罐內壓力(li)與外界平衡(heng)時(shi),管(guan)(guan)網保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器打開(kai)與外界相(xiang)通,避免(mian)了負(fu)壓的形(xing)成,保(bao)(bao)(bao)證市(shi)政(zheng)管(guan)(guan)網完好及其它用(yong)戶正常供水(shui)。

    供水(shui)(shui)管網(wang)停(ting)(ting)水(shui)(shui)時(shi),設備自動停(ting)(ting)止運行,管網(wang)恢復(fu)供水(shui)(shui)自動開機。停(ting)(ting)電(dian)時(shi),水(shui)(shui)泵機組(zu)停(ting)(ting)止工作,自來水(shui)(shui)可(ke)通(tong)過(guo)連通(tong)管直接(jie)進(jin)人用戶管網(wang),來電(dian)時(shi)機組(zu)自動開機恢復(fu)正常供水(shui)(shui)。

 

自動(dong)穩(wen)壓給水(shui)設備使用(yong)要求(qiu)

     1、 自動穩壓給(gei)水(shui)(shui)設備使(shi)用前手盤水(shui)(shui)泵轉子(zi),應無摩擦、卡滯現(xian)象(xiang);

     2、 用500V低壓(ya)插表檢測電機(ji)絕緣,應(ying)為0.5MΩ以上;

     3、 遠傳(chuan)壓力表(biao)(biao)插座1、2、3(黃、藍(lan)、紅)分別接端子1、2、3。或用(yong)萬用(yong)表(biao)(biao)測遠傳(chuan)壓力表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi),電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)為1和2,另一根為3,與3電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)小的(de)(de)為1,與3電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)為2。 用(yong)萬用(yong)表(biao)(biao)檢測一下(xia),否則接錯(cuo)線將燒(shao)壞表(biao)(biao);

     4、 遠傳壓(ya)力表應安裝至用戶管網上,出口止回閥后的總管上;

     5、 控(kong)制儀表(biao)及(ji)線路無損(sun)壞;

     6、 變頻柜送電后,嚴禁先動變頻器參數;

     7、 打開(kai)水(shui)泵排氣(qi)閥(fa),排除氣(qi)體;

     8、 本(ben)系(xi)統第,,,一次啟動或維(wei)(wei)護(hu)、維(wei)(wei)修后(hou),起動時應(ying)打開進水閥(fa),關(guan)閉出口閥(fa)門;檢查系(xi)統各處(chu)是否有瀉(xie)漏。如(ru)有應(ying)將瀉(xie)漏排(pai)除(chu)后(hou)再進行(xing)啟動;

     9、 首先檢(jian)查水泵(beng)在(zai)自動(dong)時水泵(beng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang),如為(wei)反(fan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)則對調電源(yuan)進線(xian)任意兩相線(xian)線(xian)位;再轉(zhuan)(zhuan)到手動(dong)起動(dong)每臺泵(beng),如為(wei)反(fan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)同樣對調水泵(beng)電機線(xian);

     10、 手動逐臺啟停(ting)水(shui)泵,檢(jian)查水(shui)泵運(yun)轉(zhuan)無異常現象;

     11、 無(wu)異常后將(jiang)無(wu)負壓(ya)(ya)自動穩壓(ya)(ya)給水(shui)設備處于自動控制狀態

    隨著電(dian)力(li)(li)技術的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發展,變(bian)頻調(diao)速(su)技術的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)日臻完善,以(yi)變(bian)頻調(diao)速(su)為核心的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)智能(neng)變(bian)頻恒壓(ya)自動穩壓(ya)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)備(bei)取代了(le)以(yi)往(wang)高位(wei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱和壓(ya)力(li)(li)罐等(deng)自動穩壓(ya)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)設(she)備(bei),起(qi)(qi)動平穩,起(qi)(qi)動電(dian)流可(ke)限制在額(e)定電(dian)流以(yi)內,從(cong)而避免了(le)起(qi)(qi)動時對(dui)電(dian)網的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)沖擊;由于泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)平均轉速(su)降(jiang)低(di)了(le),從(cong)而可(ke)延(yan)長泵和閥門(men)等(deng)東西的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽命;可(ke)以(yi)消(xiao)除起(qi)(qi)動和停機時的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)錘(chui)效應。其穩定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)運行性能(neng)、簡單(dan)方(fang)便的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)操作方(fang)式、以(yi)及(ji)齊全周(zhou)到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)功能(neng),將使(shi)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)實現節水(shui)(shui)(shui)、節電(dian)、節省人力(li)(li),  達到(dao)高度有效的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)運行目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。

  2、自動穩(wen)壓給水設備(bei)變頻應用方式

    通常(chang)在同一(yi)路供水(shui)(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong),設置多(duo)(duo)(duo)臺(tai)(tai)常(chang)用泵,供水(shui)(shui)量大時多(duo)(duo)(duo)臺(tai)(tai)泵全(quan)開(kai),供水(shui)(shui)量小時開(kai)一(yi)臺(tai)(tai)或(huo)兩臺(tai)(tai)。在采用變(bian)頻恒壓(ya)(ya)自動(dong)(dong)穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)給水(shui)(shui)設備進行恒壓(ya)(ya)供水(shui)(shui)時,就用兩種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方式(shi),其(qi)一(yi)是(shi)所有水(shui)(shui)泵配(pei)用一(yi)臺(tai)(tai)變(bian)頻器;其(qi)二(er)是(shi)每臺(tai)(tai)水(shui)(shui)泵配(pei)用一(yi)臺(tai)(tai)變(bian)頻器。后(hou)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方法根據(ju)壓(ya)(ya)力反饋(kui)信號,通過PID運算自動(dong)(dong)調整變(bian)頻器輸出頻率,改變(bian)電動(dong)(dong)機轉(zhuan)速(su),達(da)到管網恒壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),就一(yi)個(ge)閉(bi)環回路,較簡單,但(dan)成本高。前種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方法成本低,性能不比后(hou)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)差,但(dan)控制程序較復(fu)雜,是(shi)未來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展方向(xiang),我公(gong)司開(kai)發(fa)中(zhong)贏系(xi)(xi)列變(bian)頻恒壓(ya)(ya)自動(dong)(dong)穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)給水(shui)(shui)設備系(xi)(xi)統(tong)就可實現一(yi)變(bian)頻器控制任意數馬(ma)達(da)的(de)(de)(de)功能。下面(mian)講到的(de)(de)(de)原理(li)都是(shi)一(yi)變(bian)頻器拖動(dong)(dong)多(duo)(duo)(duo)馬(ma)達(da)的(de)(de)(de)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。

  3、自動(dong)穩(wen)壓給水設備PID控制原理

    根據反饋原理(li)(li):要想維(wei)持一個物(wu)理(li)(li)量(liang)不(bu)(bu)變(bian)或基(ji)本(ben)不(bu)(bu)變(bian),就(jiu)應該引這(zhe)個物(wu)理(li)(li)量(liang)與恒(heng)值比較(jiao),形成閉環(huan)系統(tong)。我們要想保(bao)持水壓的(de)恒(heng)定,因此就(jiu) 須引入水壓反饋值與給定值比較(jiao),從(cong)而形成閉環(huan)系統(tong)。但被控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的(de)系統(tong)特點是(shi)非線(xian)性(xing)、大慣(guan)性(xing)的(de)系統(tong),現(xian)在(zai)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和PID相結合的(de)方(fang)法,在(zai)壓力(li)波動較(jiao)大時(shi)(shi)使用(yong)(yong)模糊(hu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),以加快(kuai)響應速度;在(zai)壓力(li)范(fan)圍較(jiao)小時(shi)(shi)采用(yong)(yong)PID來(lai)保(bao)持靜態精度。這(zhe)通過PLC加智(zhi)能儀(yi)表可(ke)時(shi)(shi)現(xian)該算法,同時(shi)(shi)對PLC的(de)編程來(lai)時(shi)(shi)現(xian)泵(beng)的(de)工頻與變(bian)頻之間的(de)切換(huan)。實踐證明(ming),使用(yong)(yong)這(zhe)種方(fang)法是(shi)可(ke)行的(de),而且造價也不(bu)(bu)高。

    變頻恒(heng)壓(ya)自動穩壓(ya)給水(shui)設(she)備要想維持供水(shui)網的壓(ya)力(li)不(bu)變,根據反饋定(ding)理(li)(li)在管(guan)(guan)網系統的管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)上安裝了(le)壓(ya)力(li)變送器(qi)作為(wei)反饋元件,由于供水(shui)系統管(guan)(guan)道(dao)長、管(guan)(guan)徑大(da),管(guan)(guan)網的充壓(ya)都較慢,故系統是一個(ge)大(da)滯后系統,不(bu)易直接采用PID調(diao)節(jie)器(qi)進行控制(zhi),而采用PLC參與控制(zhi)的方式來實現對(dui)控制(zhi)系統調(diao)節(jie)作用。

·新建的(de)住宅小(xiao)區或辦公樓等生活用水。 

·低層自來水(shui)壓(ya)力不能滿(man)足要求的消防用水(shui)。
