2、 由于泵的(de)平均轉速(su)降低(di)了,從而可延長泵和閥門(men)等的(de)使用(yong)壽命;
3、 可以消(xiao)除(chu)起動和停機(ji)時的水錘效應;
一(yi)般地說,當由一(yi)臺(tai)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)控(kong)制(zhi)一(yi)臺(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)時,只需使(shi)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)的(de)配用電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)容(rong)量(liang)與實際電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)容(rong)量(liang)相(xiang)(xiang)符即可(ke)。當一(yi)臺(tai)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)同時控(kong)制(zhi)兩(liang)臺(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)時,原則(ze)上(shang)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)的(de)配用電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)容(rong)量(liang)應等于兩(liang)臺(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)的(de)容(rong)量(liang)之和(he)。但如在高(gao)峰負載時的(de)用水(shui)量(liang)比兩(liang)臺(tai)水(shui)泵全(quan)速(su)供水(shui)量(liang)相(xiang)(xiang)差很多時,可(ke)考慮適(shi)當減小變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)的(de)容(rong)量(liang),但應注意留有足夠的(de)容(rong)量(liang)。
雖然(ran)水(shui)泵(beng)在低速運(yun)行時(shi)(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流較小。但是(shi),當用(yong)戶的(de)(de)用(yong)水(shui)量變(bian)化頻(pin)繁時(shi)(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)將處于(yu)頻(pin)繁的(de)(de)升、降速狀態(tai),而升、降速的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流可略超過電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,導(dao)致(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)過熱(re)(re)。因此,電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)保(bao)護(hu)是(shi)必需的(de)(de)。對于(yu)這種由于(yu)頻(pin)繁地升、降速而積累起(qi)(qi)來(lai)的(de)(de)溫升,變(bian)頻(pin)器內的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子熱(re)(re)保(bao)護(hu)功能是(shi)難以起(qi)(qi)到保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用(yong)的(de)(de),所(suo)以應采(cai)用(yong)熱(re)(re)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器來(lai)進行電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)保(bao)護(hu)。
智能(neng)型供水(shui)設備在(zai)主要功(gong)(gong)能(neng)預置(zhi)方(fang)面,最高頻(pin)(pin)率應以電動機(ji)的額定頻(pin)(pin)率為變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)的最高工(gong)作頻(pin)(pin)率。升(sheng)、降(jiang)速時間(jian)在(zai)采用(yong)PID調節器(qi)(qi)的情況下,升(sheng)、降(jiang)速時間(jian)應盡量設定得短一些,以免影響由(you)PID調節器(qi)(qi)決(jue)定的動態響應過程。如變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)本身具(ju)有(you)PID調節功(gong)(gong)能(neng)時,只要在(zai)預置(zhi)時設定PID功(gong)(gong)能(neng)有(you)效(xiao),則所設定的升(sheng)速和降(jiang)速時間(jian)將自動失效(xiao)。
