1、二次加壓系統(tong)變頻調速的基本原理(li)

三相交流電動(dong)機的轉(zhuan)速與(yu)頻率(lv)、極數及(ji)轉(zhuan)差(cha)率(lv)之間的關系如下:

2、變頻器(qi)在恒壓自動(dong)二次加壓系統中的(de)應用

      在智能建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)日(ri)益增多的(de)今天,供(gong)水問題(ti)成(cheng)為業主(zhu)比較(jiao)關心的(de)問題(ti),所以變頻恒壓自動二次加壓系統便提上了日(ri)程。以前在一般建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)的(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)中往往需要建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)一個(ge)二次加壓(ya)系(xi)統水泵房并(bing)采用(yong)(yong)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)實(shi)現恒壓自動供(gong)(gong)水(shui)。一般情況下,為保證(zheng)建筑的供(gong)(gong)水(shui)正常(chang),在(zai)設計時往往設計成(cheng)(cheng)“一用(yong)(yong)兩備(bei)”三臺水(shui)泵。由(you)一臺變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)(附(fu)加(jia)PID調(diao)(diao)節器(qi)(qi)、單片機(ji)、PLC等器(qi)(qi)件(jian)構成(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong))拖動三臺水(shui)泵循(xun)(xun)環運轉。與(yu)空(kong)調(diao)(diao)水(shui)泵控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)不(bu)同,二次加(jia)壓系(xi)統(tong)自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)通過壓力傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)采集管網中的壓力并(bing)將其轉換成(cheng)(cheng)模(mo)擬信號進(jin)行變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。這樣變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻恒壓二次加(jia)壓系(xi)統(tong)直(zhi)接(jie)取代水(shui)塔、高位水(shui)箱及(ji)傳統(tong)的氣壓罐供(gong)(gong)水(shui)裝置,為局部加(jia)壓供(gong)(gong)水(shui)開辟了(le)新的途(tu)徑。另外由(you)于(yu)水(shui)泵耗電(dian)功(gong)率與(yu)電(dian)機(ji)轉速的三次方成(cheng)(cheng)正比關系(xi),所以水(shui)泵調(diao)(diao)速運行的節能(neng)效果非(fei)常(chang)明顯(xian),平均(jun)耗電(dian)量較通常(chang)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)方式節省(sheng)40%。與(yu)可(ke)編程控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)結合使用(yong)(yong),可(ke)實(shi)現循(xun)(xun)環變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻,電(dian)機(ji)軟啟動,具有(you)欠壓保護(hu)、過壓保護(hu)、短路保護(hu)、過流保護(hu)功(gong)能(neng),工作穩定可(ke)靠,大(da)大(da)延長(chang)了(le)設備(bei)的使用(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命。下面以遼寧省(sheng)某市(shi)寶典大(da)廈供(gong)(gong)水(shui)系(xi)統(tong)為例介紹(shao)其原理。

      大(da)廈(sha)二次加壓(ya)系(xi)統(tong)恒(heng)壓(ya)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)采用(yong)三臺水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng),其中1#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)為主泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng),2#、3#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)為備用(yong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)。首先,1#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)由(you)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)電(dian)(dian)機轉速隨(sui)著調節器(qi)(qi)(qi)輸出給變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)控制信號(hao)的(de)變(bian)化而(er)改變(bian),以保持管網(wang)(wang)壓(ya)力的(de)穩定(ding)。用(yong)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)大(da)時(shi)(shi),變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)輸出頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)升(sheng)高;用(yong)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi),頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)降(jiang)低。當(dang)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)上升(sheng)到50Hz(即水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)全(quan)速運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)轉時(shi)(shi))仍不能滿(man)足(zu)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)需(xu)要時(shi)(shi),則(ze)PLC自(zi)(zi)動(dong)將1#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)切換到工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing),1#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)由(you)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)全(quan)速運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing),2#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)由(you)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)投入(ru)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing),如(ru)果(guo)2#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)電(dian)(dian)機達到滿(man)轉速時(shi)(shi)仍不能滿(man)足(zu)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)要求(qiu),則(ze)PLC自(zi)(zi)動(dong)將2#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)切換到工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing),3#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)由(you)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)投入(ru)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing),依此(ci)(ci)規律逐個投入(ru)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing);當(dang)1#—2#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)都處(chu)于(yu)工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)全(quan)速運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)方(fang)式,3#處(chu)于(yu)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方(fang)式時(shi)(shi),如(ru)果(guo)此(ci)(ci)時(shi)(shi)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)減小(xiao),變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)輸出頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)下降(jiang),當(dang)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)到達一(yi)定(ding)的(de)下限時(shi)(shi),供(gong)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)仍大(da)于(yu)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang),則(ze)系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)將3#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)。同樣,3#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)停(ting)(ting)機后(hou),如(ru)果(guo)此(ci)(ci)時(shi)(shi)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)還大(da)于(yu)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang),則(ze)系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)將2#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing),依此(ci)(ci)類推。如(ru)果(guo)此(ci)(ci)時(shi)(shi)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)又大(da)于(yu)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang),則(ze)系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)將2#泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)由(you)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)……,所(suo)有水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)電(dian)(dian)機從停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)到滿(man)載(zai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)及從滿(man)載(zai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)到停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)都由(you)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)來控制,實現帶(dai)載(zai)軟(ruan)啟(qi)動(dong),避免了(le)啟(qi)動(dong)沖擊(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)流和啟(qi)動(dong)給水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)電(dian)(dian)機帶(dai)來機械(xie)沖擊(ji)(ji),保證了(le)管網(wang)(wang)壓(ya)力穩定(ding),滿(man)足(zu)了(le)大(da)廈(sha)的(de)正常供(gong)水(shui)(shui)。

 

3、變頻器在消防泵巡檢柜中的應用

      按我(wo)國消(xiao)防規范(fan),消(xiao)防泵(beng)(beng)應(ying)設有備用(yong)(yong)泵(beng)(beng),備用(yong)(yong)泵(beng)(beng)應(ying)不(bu)小于(yu)任(ren)一臺主消(xiao)防泵(beng)(beng)。由多(duo)泵(beng)(beng)并(bing)(bing)聯(lian)恒(heng)(heng)壓(ya)供水(shui)理論,多(duo)泵(beng)(beng)并(bing)(bing)聯(lian)恒(heng)(heng)壓(ya)供水(shui),變(bian)頻(pin)調速泵(beng)(beng)必須是(shi)(shi)其中最大的一臺泵(beng)(beng),其余(yu)并(bing)(bing)聯(lian)泵(beng)(beng)自動(dong)投入或(huo)超出是(shi)(shi)由變(bian)頻(pin)控制器按用(yong)(yong)水(shui)流(liu)量變(bian)化自動(dong)控制的。如果變(bian)頻(pin)泵(beng)(beng)故障可(ke)能會導(dao)致變(bian)頻(pin)器跳閘(zha),使全部消(xiao)防泵(beng)(beng)停泵(beng)(beng)。從這一點(dian)考慮(lv),消(xiao)防泵(beng)(beng)采用(yong)(yong)變(bian)頻(pin)調速會降低(di)消(xiao)防供水(shui)的可(ke)靠性,不(bu)宜在水(shui)消(xiao)防系(xi)統中應(ying)用(yong)(yong)。

4、結論

      通過以上分析(xi),我們知道變頻(pin)器(qi)在(zai)智(zhi)能建(jian)筑中(zhong)的(de)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)非常廣(guang)泛,也(ye)非常有效(xiao)。這(zhe)也(ye)是(shi)筆者在(zai)實(shi)際工(gong)作(zuo)過程中(zhong)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)變頻(pin)器(qi)在(zai)智(zhi)能建(jian)筑電(dian)氣(qi)自動控制(zhi)系(xi)統中(zhong)實(shi)現節(jie)能或控制(zhi)的(de)具體體會(hui)。變頻(pin)器(qi)在(zai)智(zhi)能建(jian)筑中(zhong)的(de)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)還遠遠不(bu)止這(zhe)些(xie),其它系(xi)統如(ru)空調、通風、電(dian)梯等(deng)都有廣(guang)泛的(de)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)。可以相信(xin),它的(de)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)將(jiang)隨著(zhu)電(dian)子技術的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)與變頻(pin)器(qi)的(de)不(bu)斷(duan)更新會(hui)越來越廣(guang)泛,將(jiang)會(hui)給(gei)國家和個(ge)人(ren)帶來巨大的(de)社會(hui)效(xiao)益和經濟效(xiao)益。
