為了(le)降低(di)系統(tong)的能(neng)耗、藥耗,要求系統(tong)具(ju)有(you)豐富的控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)算法,如(ru)過(guo)程控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)算法、模(mo)糊控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)等(deng) 過(guo)程控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)算法、變頻調節控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)算法等(deng),能(neng)夠集成電能(neng)管(guan)理(li)、智能(neng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)水(shui)泵。同時,具(ju)有(you)靈活的開放(fang)性。就供水(shui)工程特(te)點而言,在一個(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)中可能(neng)包含多家供應(ying)商的產品,要求電控(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)具(ju)有(you)強大的包容性,并符(fu)合IEC 標(biao)準(zhun)。

配(pei)(pei)套(tao)緩沖罐的(de)接(jie)力(li)增壓設(she)備(bei)與配(pei)(pei)套(tao)水源(yuan)罐的(de)接(jie)力(li)增壓設(she)備(bei)運行原理有 差異(yi),下(xia)面分別(bie)予以說明(ming)。
1、配套緩沖罐的設備
設備說(shuo)明(ming)
成套(tao)設備一般由(you)緩沖罐、水(shui)泵機組(zu)(zu)、氣(qi)壓罐控(kong)制柜及控(kong)制儀表組(zu)(zu)成,各部(bu)分說明(ming)如下:
a、緩(huan)沖(chong)(chong)罐(guan):是接在設備(bei)入口處的(de)氣壓(ya)罐(guan),簡稱緩(huan)沖(chong)(chong)罐(guan),給(gei)水運行(xing)時(shi)罐(guan)內部分容積為(wei)壓(ya)縮(suo)空氣,靠壓(ya)縮(suo)空氣的(de)貯能,對各種(zhong)突變(bian)沖(chong)(chong)擊具(ju)有(you)很好的(de)減緩(huan)消除作用,同時(shi)對市政供水具(ju)有(you) 動態補償作用。
有2種不同結構的(de)緩(huan)沖(chong)罐(guan),隔(ge)膜緩(huan)沖(chong)罐(guan)采用 橡膠隔(ge)膜材料(liao),因 全密閉更有利于保持水質標準,普通(tong)鋼(gang)制緩(huan)沖(chong)罐(guan)內壁涂(tu)有符合(he)衛生標準的(de)防腐(fu)涂(tu)料(liao),但補氣(qi)時會與外界空氣(qi)接觸。
緩沖罐即(ji)可(ke)串(chuan)接使用(yong),也可(ke)并接使用(yong)(進出水為同一(yi)管道,作(zuo)為分支與市政管路相(xiang)接
b、水(shui)泵機組:選(xuan)用本公司(si)具有非過(guo)載特性的(de)(de)水(shui)泵,其(qi)工(gong)作特性可以適應水(shui)源(yuan)的(de)(de)較(jiao)大范圍內的(de)(de)壓力變化,不會產生過(guo)載現象。
c、氣(qi)壓罐:其(qi)作(zuo)用與通(tong)常2次增壓供水(shui)設(she)備(bei)中的(de)(de)氣(qi)壓罐相同,本系列標(biao)準產品采用的(de)(de)隔膜(mo)式(shi)微(wei)型氣(qi)壓罐,主要利用其(qi)保壓功能,有(you)利于設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)智能化自動節能控制。
d、變(bian)頻(pin)控(kong)制(zhi)柜:可(ke)采用全變(bian)頻(pin)控(kong)制(zhi)系統,即所有(you)水泵(beng)均采用變(bian)頻(pin)調(diao)速拖動,也可(ke)采用部分變(bian)頻(pin)控(kong)制(zhi)系統(樣本標準(zhun)產品只有(you)1臺泵(beng)為(wei)變(bian)頻(pin)調(diao)速拖動)。
e、旁通管路:如(ru)果市政(zheng)(zheng)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)平時(shi)能夠滿足(zu)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)要(yao)求,僅在供(gong)水(shui)(shui)高峰時(shi)壓(ya)力(li)不足(zu),可加載旁通管路,可使市政(zheng)(zheng)下(xia)拉供(gong)水(shui)(shui)與(yu)增壓(ya)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)實現自(zi)動切換運(yun)行。
(1)當市政管(guan)網(wang)(wang)高壓時,設備處于停機狀態,市政水(shui)源過緩沖罐、旁通管(guan)路直接向用戶管(guan)網(wang)(wang)供水(shui)。
(2)當市(shi)政管網欠壓(ya)(ya)時,設備自(zi)動啟動,在(zai)原(yuan)不(bu)水(shui)壓(ya)(ya)基礎上變頻調速增壓(ya)(ya)(恒(heng)壓(ya)(ya))供水(shui),由(you)于(yu)是按“差多少,補多少”的(de)原(yuan)則增壓(ya)(ya),所以在(zai)全流量范圍即滿足(zu)了(le)用戶恒(heng)壓(ya)(ya)供水(shui)的(de)需求,同(tong)時又實現了(le)高(gao)度有效節能運(yun)行。運(yun)行過程中密閉的(de)緩沖罐(guan)相當一段管路,新(xin)鮮衛生的(de)自(zi)來淼不(bu)斷流過水(shui)源罐(guan),不(bu)會遭受外界污染。
(3)設(she)備運行中,緩沖(chong)罐部(bu)分容積為壓縮空氣(其壓力與市(shi)政(zheng)水(shui)壓相同),因而貯(zhu)存了 壓力勢能,靠(kao)此貯(zhu)能可大大減緩各種沖(chong)擊對市(shi)政(zheng)水(shui)源的(de)(de)影響,同時對市(shi)政(zheng)供水(shui)具有動(dong)態的(de)(de)削峰補償作用(yong)。當市(shi)政(zheng)服務壓力從(cong)P2降(jiang)至P1時,緩沖(chong)罐提供的(de)(de)較大補償水(shui)量與緩沖(chong)罐總容積關系為:

例:供(gong)水高(gao)(gao)峰(feng)期,市政水源壓(ya)(ya)力從20mH2O降至(zhi)mH2O,則在(zai)該期間水源罐給出的(de)補(bu)償水量為V#=(1-15/30) V總(zong)=0.5V總(zong)(m3),占總(zong)容積的(de)50%。顯(xian)然這(zhe)(zhe)是一種切實有效的(de)動態補(bu)償作(zuo)用,如果所(suo)有用戶的(de)增(zeng)壓(ya)(ya)設備(bei)均具有這(zhe)(zhe)種補(bu)償作(zuo)用,則總(zong)體(ti)上(shang)對市政供(gong)水可起到 削峰(feng)填谷的(de)效果,高(gao)(gao)峰(feng)期間管網服務壓(ya)(ya)力不至(zhi)于下(xia)降得(de)太低。
(4)緩沖罐上配有控制(zhi)儀表,當市政管網壓力(li)低(di)于設(she)定(ding)下限值時可自動停機(禁止運行),防止過度抽吸市政水源及防止抽水運行。
2、配套水源罐的設備
設備說明
成套設(she)備一般(ban)由自(zi)動隔離閥(選購件(jian))、水源罐(或承壓水池)、水泵(beng)機組、氣壓罐、變(bian)頻控(kong)制柜(含控(kong)制儀表)組成。各部分說明如下:
a、自動隔離閥(fa)或節流(liu)裝置(zhi)(選(xuan)購件):用于隔離市政水(shui)源,可任意設(she)定動作壓力(li),當市政水(shui)源壓力(li)低于該值時,隔離裝置(zhi)動作,切換到水(shui)源罐(guan)或承壓水(shui)池供水(shui)。也可考慮(lv)使用廉價的節流(liu)裝置(zhi)代替隔離閥(fa),限制較大進水(shui)流(liu)量,供水(shui)不(bu)足部分靠水(shui)源罐(guan)補償。
b、水(shui)(shui)源(yuan)(yuan)罐:給水(shui)(shui)運行時罐內全(quan)部容(rong)積充滿了水(shui)(shui),由于(yu)無(wu)壓縮空(kong)氣貯能,對(dui)各(ge)種(zhong)沖(chong)(chong)擊的(de)緩(huan)沖(chong)(chong)作用(yong)和對(dui)市政水(shui)(shui)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)動態補償效果(guo)不如緩(huan)沖(chong)(chong)罐。但當市政水(shui)(shui)源(yuan)(yuan)壓力太低,水(shui)(shui)源(yuan)(yuan)罐出水(shui)(shui)(供水(shui)(shui))大于(yu)進水(shui)(shui)量(liang)時,罐內貯水(shui)(shui)容(rong)積可全(quan)部用(yong)來(lai)補償市政水(shui)(shui)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)不足。
水(shui)(shui)源罐提供補償水(shui)(shui)量期(qi)間(jian),靠真空抑制器(qi)使(shi)空氣自(zi)動(dong)進入罐體,可避免對高下管(guan)網造成負(fu)壓抽(chou)吸(xi)作用(即所謂無負(fu)壓無吸(xi)程)。
水源罐只能串接(jie)在進(jin)水管路中使用(yong)。
c、承(cheng)壓水(shui)(shui)池:一般為鋼筋混凝土(tu)結(jie)構,與水(shui)(shui)源罐工作原理相同,因其容積大(da),對市(shi)政(zheng)供水(shui)(shui)具有很(hen)好的削峰填谷作用,適用于 國各(ge)地各(ge)種市(shi)政(zheng)水(shui)(shui)源情況。當市(shi)政(zheng)供水(shui)(shui)管網因故停水(shui)(shui)期間可由承(cheng)壓水(shui)(shui)池提供一些(xie)時間的供水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)源,適用于客戶要求高可靠供水(shui)(shui)的場合。
d、水泵機組:選用本公司具有非過(guo)載(zai)特性的水泵,其(qi)工作(zuo)特性可適應市政水源的較(jiao)大范(fan)圍內的壓力(li)變(bian)化,不會(hui)產(chan)生過(guo)載(zai)現象。
e、氣(qi)壓(ya)罐:其作用(yong)與通常2次增壓(ya)供(gong)水設(she)備中的氣(qi)壓(ya)罐相同(tong),標(biao)準產品設(she)計中采用(yong)隔膜(mo)微型氣(qi)壓(ya)罐,主要利用(yong)其保壓(ya)功能(neng),有(you)利于(yu)設(she)備的智能(neng)化自動節能(neng)控(kong)制。
f、變頻(pin)(pin)控(kong)制柜:可(ke)選擇采(cai)用全變頻(pin)(pin)技(ji)術方案,即所有水泵均采(cai)用變頻(pin)(pin)拖(tuo)動,也可(ke)采(cai)用部分(fen)變頻(pin)(pin)技(ji)術方案(只有一(yi)臺泵為變頻(pin)(pin)調(diao)速拖(tuo)動)。
g、旁(pang)通(tong)管路:如果市(shi)政(zheng)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)平時(shi)滿足(zu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)氣要求,僅在供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)高峰時(shi)壓力不足(zu),可(ke)加載(zai)旁(pang)通(tong)管路,使市(shi)政(zheng)直接供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)與增壓供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)自動切換(huan)運行。
